Singapore’s Oldest Recreational Shooting Club
Founded in 1862 by members of the Straits Settlements Volunteer Corps, the Singapore Rifle Association (SRA) is Singapore's oldest sports club. Built on traditions of precision marksmanship, strict firearms discipline, and target shooting excellence, SRA connects passionate shooters across the nation.
Our community actively competes in local and international ISSF precision pistol matches, hosts beginner target shooting experiences, and maintains official firearms safety standards at our National Shooting Centre facility.

10m Air Pistol Precision
Focusing on mental steadiness and trigger control using single-shot 0.177 match air pistols at a 10-meter distance under strict ISSF regulations.
Precision Match Firearms
Utilizing high-grade match-grade air pistols, .22 rimfire rifles, and centerfire handguns certified for national and regional target shooting events.

4 Golden Rules of Firearm Safety
1. Always Loaded
Always treat every firearm as if it is loaded at all times without exception.
2. Trigger Control
Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are aligned on the target.
3. Target Awareness
Be 100% sure of your target and what lies beyond it before taking a shot.
4. Muzzle Direction
Never point a firearm at yourself or another person under any circumstances.

Directions to Shooting Range
Driving:
Take PIE Exit 36 (Jalan Bahar). Pass Civil Defence Academy, turn left after mosque toward Garden of Remembrance Columbarium. Continue straight to the end of Old Choa Chu Kang Rd. Buzz at intercom gate.
Nearest MRT & Public Transit:
Boon Lay MRT (EW27). Note: Public buses do not service Old Choa Chu Kang Rd directly; taking a taxi or ride-hailing vehicle from Boon Lay MRT is recommended.
